Message	TT without rust simply if you keep looking and/or broaden your search. With the rust you get a lot of unnecessary repair (compared to a rust free car) and great uncertainty about condition. 16.5 is a premium price for a 70k miles car. If you buy it, you will then spend additional money, and time fixing rust and chasing and replacing parts, just to return it to a condition close to that common to cars that age -- a doubly bad deal This car is only worth pursuing at a deep discount -- a price of say 7 to $9000 -- and only if everything else is in excellent condition. Some less savvy person will probably pay far more. If so, let them have it Chance favors the informed
